Service Scope

VPNUY provides access to international routes and subscription management, covering 120+ countries / 230+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel. You must log in to obtain a subscription; downloading the iOS client also requires an active plan, while clients for other platforms are available after login.

The service is intended for cross-border access and network acceleration. It does not include memberships, accounts, or usage rights for third-party websites or apps. Route coverage does not mean that every third-party service is available in every region. Availability, content licensing, and account requirements are determined by the relevant platform.

Account and Subscription Rules

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure and do not share them publicly. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used abnormally, change your password and report the situation through a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. The service is for devices managed and used by the account holder; this does not permit reselling, renting, or sharing the account with others, or distributing the subscription. You may not repackage the service and provide access to third parties.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the Plans page for prices and data allowances. Check the selected billing method and order details before use.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they live and where they use the service, as well as the rules of any platforms they access. You may not use the service for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, distributing malware, unauthorized data access, or other unlawful activity.

You may not disrupt route operations, abuse service resources, or interfere with other users’ normal use. Network access does not authorize any particular use. You are responsible for confirming that your accessed content, account activity, and data handling are lawful and properly authorized.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

VPNUY uses bank-grade encryption. Your actual connection experience also depends on your local network, device settings, carrier routing, and the status of the destination platform. Maintenance, upstream network failures, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. Route arrangements may also change as operating conditions require.

The service does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted availability, or continuous access to any particular platform. If you encounter an issue, first check your local network and client settings, then submit details through a support ticket. VPNUY does not manage third-party accounts, content, or transactions. Responsibility is determined by the actual circumstances and applicable law; these terms do not exclude any liability that must be assumed by law.

Refund Policy and Requests

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. To apply, log in to the user panel and use a support ticket to state that you would like a refund and provide the relevant order details. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied.

VPNUY will verify your account and order, then discuss the outcome and refund arrangements in the ticket. Do not submit your password or complete payment credentials in a ticket. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Specific refund procedures will follow the details confirmed in the ticket; no fixed processing time is promised here.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For conduct that violates these terms, including unlawful use, attacks on the service, or reselling or sharing subscriptions, VPNUY may suspend the relevant access or terminate the account, depending on the circumstances. If you disagree with this action, you may provide an explanation through a support ticket. Account actions do not affect rights granted by law. Refunds are handled under the provisions above and applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Important changes to usage rights or obligations will be communicated through an on-site announcement or the user panel. Review the updated terms before continuing to use the service. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to discuss how your existing subscription will be handled.
